The street level retail space has been occupied for the last thirteen years by the exceedingly popular Cactus Club Café. Cactus Club remodeled the premises to match their brand and it is a destination restaurant in downtown Victoria.  

The upper two floors are accessed on Fort Street and the common areas and mechanical have been recently upgraded to provide renewed space that benefits from large windows on two sides and a light providing abundant natural light for every unit.
