The BCCL is home to 19 single occupancy micro-suites; each suite unique in its size and shape ranging from 225 to 369 square feet. All suites have their own ¾ bathrooms and a kitchen complete with a stove, mini-fridge, and numerous custom cabinets that take advantage of the tall ceilings. The tall ceilings and windows of this heritage building provide a feeling of spaciousness that is welcome in a micro-suite environment and accommodating for lofts. Your pets are welcomed here too, we are a pet friendly community.

This building is heritage designated, built in 1902 and was renovated in 2014.
