Ladner Farm

Situated at the intersection of Highway 99 and Highway 17 is the original Patric Burns farmstead. Built in 1908 by James Leonard of Delta, and later purchased by the Mathisen family in 1968, the 130 acre farm was home to successful cattle operators.

Close in proximity to Boundary Bay Airport, Tswwassen ferry terminals, and the US border, the original farmhouse is neighbored by long-time farm families who grow various crops. The farmhouse remains in Arpeg Group’s care and we continue to act as stewards of the heritage of this land to preserve the house in its original state.
